Chinese Five Spice Blend

Ingredients:3 Cinnamon Scrolls
2 Star Anise
4 Cloves
1 Tbsp Fennel Seed
1.5 t Sichuan Pepper & Black Peppercorn Blend

Blend the Spice together until fine. Toast for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Pair well with Duck, Pork Belly or Sweet Roasted Root Vegetables!
