Garlic Flakes or Powders increase the Shelf life of Garlic, especially when in season with abundant supply! Simply dry and grind the powder and add to your own Homemade Spice Blends and Rubs – you will always have garlic readily available to use in various Stews, Roasts and Bakes!
6-10 Heads of Garlic (Depending on size)
1. Preheat your Dehydrator to 125◦F or 52◦C (Low Heat in the oven).
2. Remove the cloves and slice evenly.
3. Place in a single layer onto a tray and dehydrate for 12-14 hours until it snaps and crumbles.
4. Blend the powder or keep the flakes whole and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
