Japanese Seven Spice (Shichimi Togarashi)

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Poppy Seed
2 Tbsp Dried Red Chili Flakes
1 Tbsp White Sesame Seed
1 t Citrus Powder (*See Powders)
1 t Ginger, Ground
1 t Seaweed Flakes (Aonori)
1 t Japanese Sansho Pepper

Instructions:
Toast the Seeds and Spice for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Add the Aonori Seaweed and Citrus Powder and blend. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Sprinkle over Noodles, Rice, eat with Pork, Fish and Seafood.
