Ingredients:
1 c of Medium Cream Sherry, Marsala, Brandy or Whiskey
½ c Castor Sugar
Zest of one Orange
Zest of one Lemon or Lime
1 t Vanilla Bean Powder
¼ t Mixed Spice
¼ t Cardamom, Ground
¼ t Pink Peppercorns, Ground Finely
Instructions:
Bring the ingredients to a boil and cook until syrupy for approximately 10 minutes. Pour over the Christmas Cake and serve with a glass of Naughty-but-Nice.
