3 Tbsp Black Peppercorns
3 Tbsp Coriander Seed
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard Seed
1 Tbsp Brown Mustard Seed
1 Tbsp Coarse Salt
2 t Dried Dill Seed
1 t Dried Chili Flakes

Toast the spice for 5 minutes. Keep in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Rub onto Steaks, Meat for Barbequing and Grilled Foods.
