Moroccan Spice Blend

2 Tbsp Brown or Coconut Sugar
1 Tbsp Paprika, Sweet
1 Tbsp Cumin, Ground
2 t Cinnamon, Ground
1 t Ginger, Ground
1 t Cloves, Ground
1 t Salt
1 t Black Pepper, Ground
½ t Cayenne

Toast the Spice for 5 minutes. Blend in the Sugar and Salt. Store in a Mason Jar in a cool dark place. Use best for Chicken, Vegetable or Potatoes!
