12 Onions, a variety of Red & Brown, Rough Chopped or Sliced
1. Preheat a Dehydrator to 125◦F or 52◦C.
2. Arrange the onions in a single layer onto drying trays and dry for 10-18 hours depending on the humidity in your environment and moisture content of the onions.
3. Grind the dried pieces into a powder. Use this as a flavourful component to making your own Herb Salts or Spice Blends.
4. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
