Persian Adievh Spice Blend

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Cumin Seed
2 Tbsp Cinnamon Ground
2 Tbsp Cardamom, Ground
1 Tbsp Turmeric, Ground
1 Tbsp Cloves
1 Tbsp Black Pepper, Ground
2 Tbsp Rose Petals, Dried or 3 Young Rose Buds, Dried

Instructions:
Blend the Spice together until fine. Toast for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Use for Rice Dishes, Stews and Kebabs.
