Smoky Sweet Chili Garlic Nut Sprinkle

1 c Mixed Nuts, Raw and Unsalted
¼ c Sunflower Seed
¼ c Pumpkin Seed
¼ c Sesame Seed
2 Tbsp Honey, Raw
1 Dehydrated Garlic Clove (*See Powders)
1 Dried Red Chili, Stalked and Seeded or ½ t of Chili Flakes
1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Soft Brown Sugar
1 t lemon Zest
½ t Smoky Paprika
½ t Salt
½ t Black Pepper, Ground

Combine the ingredients and place on a baking tray. Bake until golden for approximately 15 minutes at 180◦C. Place in a blender and blitz to get the desired texture. Store in a glass jar and refrigerated, Sprinkle over Savoury Tarts, Quiches, Flatbreads or Roasted Meat just before serving.
