Recipe for a Basic Vinaigrette

2-3 Tbsp Good Quality White or Red Wine Vinegar
100 ml Olive and Seed Oil Blend (You can also use Nut Oils or Avocado Oil)
½ t English or Dijion Mustard
½ Garlic Clove, Grated with a Zester (Fine)
½ t Ground Black Pepper
A Fat Pinch of Salt


  1. Combine all the Ingredients and whisk together until tick.
  2. Taste if the Vinaigrette needs more Seasoning.
  3. Add chopped Herbs, Capers, Cayenne Pepper, chopped Chili Peppers, Chopped Onions, Zest or Tomato Paste and Sweetening Agents for a variety of Vinaigrette Options. Try a dash of Honey and Toasted Mustard Seeds or Toasted Spice for a all-time classic Vinaigrette! I even love to add a little bit of Sweet Chili Sauce to my Vinaigrette that pairs well with Boiled Eggs and Summer Greens for an Al Fresco Summer Garden Salad.
