Ingredients:
½ c Demerara Sugar (Dark Brown Sugar)
2 Tbsp Turbino Sugar (Light Brown Sugar)
2 Tbsp Paprika, Sweet
2 Tbsp Paprika, Smoky
1 Tbsp Paprika, Hot
1 Tbsp Coriander Seed
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard Seed
1 Tbsp Brown Mustad Seed
1 Tbsp Mustard Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger, Ground
½ t Dried Chili Flakes
Instructions:
Dry Toast the spices for 5 minutes and combine all the ingredients. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Rub onto Barbeque or Grilled Meats beforehand and let it sit for 20 minutes before grilling.
