Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Coriander Seed
2 Star Anise
1 Tbsp Fennel Seed
1 Tbsp Cumin Seed
5 Cloves
5 Cardamom Seed, Green Pods
3 Cardamom Seed, Black Pods
1 Cinnamon Scroll
Instructions:
Blend the Spice together until fine. Toast for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. This Masala is used with other spice blends and best added half the amount during the cooking time, and the other half at the end for a more developed flavour profile. *Chicken Butter Curry has Garam Masala as a Base Curry Spice and should be marinated overnight to improve flavour development.
