Ingredients:
2c Seed Oil Blend, Sunflower Oil or Nut Oil
2 Red Dried Chilies
1 Fat Jalapeño, Washed, Dried & Sliced
5 Fresh Thyme Twigs, Washed and Dried
½ Fresh Handful of Origanum, Washed and Dried
2 Fresh Twigs of Marjoram, Washed and Dried
Twig of Rosemary
1 Fresh Sage Leaf
1 Zest of 1 Lime, Fine
1 Bay Leaf
1 Lime
Black Peppercorns
2 Garlic Cloves
2ml Cajun Pepper
Instructions:
Infuse for 5 minutes on Medium Heat. Let it sit for 1 hour, Lid on. Place in Sterilized Jars and refrigerate. Use in Salad Dressings, Pesto or Drizzle over Guacamole!
