Greek Spice Blend

2 Tbsp Dried Rosemary
2 Tbsp Dried Marjoram
2 Tbsp Dried Origanum
2 Tbsp Dried Thyme
1 Tbsp Dried Basil
1 Tbsp Dried Dill
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp Black Pepper, Ground
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika, Sweet
1 Tbsp Salt
½ t Lemon Powder (*See Powders) or 1 t Lemon Zest, Dried

Blend the Spice together until fine. Toast for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Pair well with Roasted Leg of Lamb, Lamb Steaks and Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables.
