Ingredients:
¼ c Sesame Seed
¼ c Yellow Mustard Seed
¼ c Coriander Seed
4 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Pink Szechuan Peppercorns
4 Tbsp Black Peppercorns
4 Tbsp Himalayan Salt
1 t Dried Garlic Flakes
1 t Citrus Powder
1 t Cumin Seed
1t Caraway Seed
1 t Turmeric
1 t Paprika, Sweet or Smokey
1ml Freshly Grated Nutmeg
1ml Cajun Spice
1 Dried Jalapeño, Seeded and Sliced
Instructions:
Dry Toast the Sesame together with all the Spices in a pan for 5 minutes. Place all the Ingredients in a blender and blend until the desired consistency. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. This blend works very well with Poultry and any White Meat, Squash or Roasted Vegetable Dishes. Sprinkle over Flatbreads drizzled with a little bit of Olive Oil and Feta.
