Homemade Raspberry Vinegar

2c Good Quality White Wine Vinegar
1c Fresh (Washed & Dried) or Frozen Raspberries

Place the berries in a large mason jar and pour the vinegar over the berries. Let it sit undisturbed for 2 weeks in a cool dark place. Strain the vinegar (discard the berries) and bring to the boil. Pour into sterilized jars. Cool and refrigerate.
