Jamaican Spice Blend

2 Tbsp Turmeric
2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard Seed
2 Tbsp Black Mustard Seed
2 Tbsp Cumin Seed
2 Tbsp Coriander Seed
2 Tbsp Fenugreek Seed
2 Tbsp Black Peppercorns
1 Tbsp Pink Peppercorns
1 t Nutmeg, Ground
1 t Ginger, Ground
1 t All Spice, Ground
1 t Cloves

Blend the Spice together until fine. Toast for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Rub onto Roasts and allow to marinate for 2hours before roasting meat. Sprinkle over Root Vegetables, Salt Fish and Stews.
