Korean Spice Rub

2 Tbsp Sesame Seed, Toasted
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Flakes
1 t Coarse Salt
½ t Korean Chili Powder (Gochugaru Powder)
½ t White Pepper, Ground

Combine the Spice. Sprinkle over meat and use for “Bulgogi” (Fire Meat), a refined version of Korean Barbeque.
