Lebanese Seven Spice Blend

(Often referred to as “Baharat” meaning “Spice” in Arabic)

1 Tbsp All Spice, Ground
1 Tbsp Coriander, Ground
1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1.5 t Black Pepper, Ground
1.5 t Cumin, Ground
1.5 t Nutmeg, Ground
¼ t Mace, Ground

Blend the Spice together until fine. Toast for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Pair well with Lebanese Grape Vine Leaf Pockets (Warak Enab), Beef Kafta and Roasts.
