Macadamia White Chocolate Citrus Shortbread “Streusel”

½ c Shortbread, Rough Chopped
¼ c Macadamias
¼ c Coconut, Desiccated
¼ c Sunflower Seed
½ c White Sesame
¼ c White Chocolate Chips or Chopped Chocolate
2 t Light Brown Sugar
Zest of 1 Lime
¼ t Vanilla Extract
1 ml Citrus Powder (*See Powders)

Blitz the ingredients in a blender and sprinkle over a White Chocolate Mousse Cake, Baked or Fridge Cheesecakes, Biscuits, Meringues or Desserts.
