Moroccan Ras El Hanout Poultry Spice Blend

2 t Cardamom, Ground
2 t Coriander Seed, Ground
2 t Ginger, Ground
2 t Mace, Ground
1.5 t Black Pepper, Ground
1 t Pink Peppercorns
1 t All spice, Ground
1 t Cinnamon, Ground
1 t Cumin, Ground
1 t Paprika, Hot
1 t Nutmeg, Nutmeg
1 t Turmeric, Ground
½ t Cayenne Pepper
¼ t Ground Cloves

Toast the spice for 5 minutes and store in a glass jar in a cool dak place. Use with Chicken, Vegetables, Breads, Roasts, Tagines or Stews.
