Portuguese Piri Piri Spice Blend

2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder (*See Powders)
1 Tbsp Onion Powder (*See Powders)
1 Tbsp Dried Origanum (*See How to Dry your own Herbs at Home)
1 Tbsp Ginger, Ground
1 Tbsp Cardamom, Ground
1 t Piri Piri Malagueta Pepper, Ground (African Bird’s Eye Chili) or Cayenne Pepper
1 t Salt

Blend the Spice together until fine. Toast for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Pair well with Prawns, Seafood, Chicken Livers and Grilled White Meats or Vegetables.
