1 Tin Condensed Milk (Yes, no kidding!)
4 Tbsp Mustard Powder
1 Tbsp Double Cream Yoghurt
2 t Yellow Mustard Seeds
1t Brown Mustard Seeds
60ml Good Quality White Wine Vinegar
Thumb Size Horseradish, Grated
Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
1 Jalapeno, Seeded
Dash of Honey
Black Pepper and Salt
1. Toast the Mustard Seeds for no longer than 5 minutes.
2. Blend all the ingredients together.
3. Store in a Glass Jar. This will keep for up to a week, give or take a few days.
