Turkish Spice Blend

2 Tbsp Paprika, Sweet
2 Tbsp Paprika, Hot
1 Tbsp Paprika, Smoky
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Dried Cilantro
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Dried Mint
1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Turmeric, Ground
1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Blend the Spice together until fine. Toast for 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Pair well with Steak, Pork, Shrimp, Chicken Breast, Roasts, Kebabs and Flatbreads. Create a Wet Rub by adding Olive Oil and Rub onto Meat, allowing it to Marinate for flavour improved development. Serve this with a glass of Ayran, A Turkish Fermented Plain Yoghurt Drink.
