Ingredients:
Sugar Stock:
700g Fresh Strawberries, Washed, Dried, Hulled, Halved
1 c Champagne
½ c Castor Sugar
1 t Vanilla Bean Powder or the Seed of one moist Vanilla Pod with the Pod
Zest of one Lemon
¼ t Cayenne Pepper, Ground
Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients and cover with a lid. Refrigerate. Allow it to sit for at least half an hour before serving.
