Ingredients:
5 Large Ginger Biscuits, Crushed
¼ c Chocolate Chips or Chopped Dark Chocolate
¼ c Almonds
¼ c Pecans
¼ c Sunflower Seed
¼ c Pumpkin Seed
1 Tbsp Butter, Softened
1 Tbsp Stem Ginger Preserve, Chopped
2 t Brown Sugar (Demerara)
1 t Good Quality Cocoa Powder
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Tangerine Zest, Fine
¼ t Mixed Spice
¼ t Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Toast the Spice, Nuts and Seeds together for 5 minutes. Then place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz quickly to keep a coarse texture. Sprinkle over Desserts, Yoghurt, Muffins or Bakes.
